All Above the Tie brand razors come with a 90 Day Test Drive. If the razor is not for you, please email us and we can recommend a different configuration that might work better. Every beard is different, but we're here to help get you dialed in. We cannot guarantee availability, but will do our best to meet your needs.
In the event of a defective razor part, please email us and we will get the issue resolved immediately. We strive for perfection, but mistakes do occur. We will resolve them ASAP to your satisfaction.
Returns and exchanges
All items can be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days of arrival to your location. Razors must be returned in their original packaging. All other non-razor items must be unopened and unused.
To complete an exchange or refund, mail the items to the address below with no signature required. Please include a brief note indicating refund, or detailing the exchange, and your order number. Also, please let us know the reason for your return to help us improve our products and recommendations.
Once received, we will refund or invoice you accordingly. Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery for your return to be processed.

How do I care for my razor
Remove the blade before cleaning. Disassemble the razor, rinse thoroughly, and allow to dry fully.
Once dry, wipe each razor part with a soft cloth to remove any water marks.
Clean your razor each time you change the blade by scrubbing the razor parts between your fingers with foaming antibacterial hand soap. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
For any persistent build-up, scrub the razor parts lightly with a spare toothbrush and a dab of toothpaste. Then complete the previous step.
